I spoke with the seller and described the length that I needed as I have short and small nail beds. I needed shorter nails given my profession, so she asked for me to measure. I did, and the product I received re so utterly gorgeous that I'm already ready to order more sets.
She was prompt, polite, clear in what she needed from me, and made sure my item arrived in time for my event. Definitely a 5-star shop!
